One of the most appealing aspects of Ocoee Ridge, is the spectacular east facing view. Nearly every homesite enjoys a 180 degree view of the Cherokee National Forest in Tennessee including Chilhowie Mountain, Sugarloaf Mountain and Big Frog Mountain. North Carolina and Georgia are also visible from these
homesites.
"The first phase is 87 acres and will have no more than 47 homesites. This phase will include the gated entrance, community pavilion, community park (greenspace)
and a three acre community lake. There are an additional 330 acres in the Ocoee Ridge Community and is set aside for future development." |
